hostinger got the one of the BEST customer support out there. Just love their services.Their domain prices are relatively cheap (I bought on a Black Friday Sale though) and convenient.

Even if we can't reach them by phone because no phone number available for the customers, they have an excellent chat where technicians and sales people always are available, kind and efficient. They always gave me advice, solutions, tips. The longer I had to wait for was 6 hours because I have the tendency to be a night worker so I generally ask my questions where the office is closed ;) I really don't regret having left my previous host for them. hostinger hosts our ecommerce website. The hosting service works reasonably well. However, the data speeds are only mediocre--i.e. the site doesn't load as quickly as it should at times. The customer service is rather poor. It's hard to reach anybody without a long wait. For example, I'm currently waiting for Live Chat right now as I write this, and once again, there's a very long wait (over 40 minutes at this point). I'm debating whether to renew or try a different service.

I am not a trained web designer, nor do I spend much time learning tech, but I am naturally good at tech stuff. I think hostinger would be hard to use for the average guy or gal who just wants to put up a simple web site. But for anyone with some knowledge and skill, this is an inexpensive service that does more than I even know or understand.

there is no customer support Number in India, why?

They have quite fast servers, the main thing is that they provide you with what they have promised & a Lill More. Support is Okay Not great. but Most things on their Cpanel are easy to understand & work with. I like their offers too cheap but they are trying to give their best.

I asked to transfer my domain and renew it so I could use it for my email. They sold me web hosting and didn't extend the domain registration at all. They are total crooks
