I'm using hostinger since 3 years, I haven't face any problems yet. The support team of hostinger are very helpful if i face any difficulty , although they reply after 15 min later after I drop the message. It would be great if they reply little quicker. Overall hostinger is great, affordable and beginners friendly plus value for money.

The offer is clear and simple.Might not be the cheapest out there, but at this point in my life, I can't be bothered to figure out AWS myself :PIt could be made clearer when there are offers to upgrade, or if there are sales, whether it would save me money or not. Now I just never look at them because I don't know if my original sale is better or not.

They are consistently prompt and quick in understanding the requirement and finding solutions sincerely. I wanted my domain and mail account to be connected to shopify. I raised the request for each on two different days. On both occasions they completed the task very quickly. Even before also they have helped me in solving my issues quite promptly.

It is a great corp. They are sypporting 24/7 with high experience

I had other companies in the past, i sued godaddy, they were helpful sometimes, but the only reason they try to help you is it upsell you. every times even if you call them 5 days in a row, there is always something for sale.. I moved to AWS for 2 years, 0 help, when I was desperate, for just my login info. they wanted 75.00 for someone to call me... that's when i looked hostinger for the first time, and I had no idea what to expect, I was amazed by service, the price, the team in General is more than eager to help you succeed and get you going day one. I will never leave these people, I signed up for two years, next time I am do for a renewal I would like a lifetime contract! I Just Love them!

The service, level of competence of advice and the appalling long time to respond make hostinger one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Despite several attempts to explain the issue, the response was obviously delivered by a (very slow) robot
