Had great 8 years with the hostinger and enjoyed the support fully. They went all out to help even when it was not issue at their end. Support keep cool even when you are not LOI. Had to leave as I needed VPS with flexibility options. Wish them all the best .

I bought hosting by mistake today. I can't make a refund, it sends a 404 error, there is no way to contact support on the site.

Cancelled service in three days after setting it up and followed a simple instruction in the email.Upon a few requests by the hosting Co I sent them required payment info. Company found that I paid but apologizing and asking me to continue sending info to another email.Front page of hostinger says that they have over 1k positive reviews on Google, I cannot find any reviews on Google. Scammers!

I've not had any problems with their hosting service. Everything has been really good.

Changing NS Record was worst experience ever

I like hostinger. In 2020 I bought a 3 year hosting plan which was amazing. This time around I bought a plan but wasn't really into it just few minutes after I bought so I requested a refund and the refund page had issues so I messaged support and she was supper helpful. My problem is the refund time 7 to 15 business days is too much out of that I like hostinger.
