My website disappeared, don't know what happened.

Everything is good and all but there is a problem for a noob like me I don't even know that I need to buy hosting for my website. So you should have shown in the dashboard like what to buy next. It's just showcasing my domain name Because if you don't ill not understand what to buy next . I'm a ux /ui designer that's why I got to know a pain point.That's why you just missed on 5 star review

Hi dear hostinger. Few months ago I booking a VPS service, that a good client service experience, But I found it not support cento7 system and the speed not very good, So I unsubscribe it. I really hope hostinger can make it better, and update those problems. Thanks lot!

My experience with hostinger support has always been 5 ??…excellent service, extremely helpful and kind. Nothing they couldn’t fix! I couldn’t have my web designer business without their help. Never had better service anywhere. ??

I really want to love this service, but so far I've not managed to get my website migrated through their service and the fact that there is no-one to talk to has become a real frustration. The email support response is pretty quick but if, as in my case, it takes a conversation rather than just a link to an article, then the overall time to resolve the problem stretches beyond a comfortable period.Hopefully we can get this sorted and I can upgrade my review and start to feel this service lives up to the sales pitch.Further to your response - Although I have been told that a specialist is going to look at my case, so far nobody has in fact 'reached out' to me as you say. I am still waiting.

The payment process is not that good, you cannot physically talk to a manager when having issues with the system. THey only provide basic support.
