It's great to feel that hostinger cares about you along with all its employees. and seeing that they are sincerely approaching the solution of your problems is an indispensable feature for a customer. however, this feature alone can not be satisfactory. Because a high quality and strong hosting service is also expected. At my previous hosting company the customer service was fine, but my sites were mostly loading in about 20 seconds, which was a really frustrating issue. Luckily I came across hostinger. In terms of both customer service and technical service, I think I am in the most super hosting company ever. my sites load very fast, hostinger's control panel is very easy to use. technical support is very fast, solution oriented, has courteous and helpful staff. My only regret is that I wish I had bought my package for 4 years instead of 2 years. because now, when I want to extend my server service, the prices are of course not the same as when I first bought them. Finally thank you hostinger for excellent customer service and strong technical infrastructure. I have some ideas as suggestions. It would be great if the domain transfer process was free. It would also be nice if we could log in directly to the e-mail if it did not ask for a password when opening the e-mail account from the panel.

Excellent, but sonthing bugs in domains

I had a hard time with the configuration of the webmail. I was not able to receive emails but can able to send emails. The customer service of the chat support is superb. Maria gave me clear instructions and also accommodate my additional queries.

Fast response was the best. The guy who helped me was patient and competent. I took his advice, entered a new bank card and my payment went through without issues unlike the last time. Big ups to him.

Poor service, really disappointed after buying hosting. they suspended my account after 1 week, even though I did nothing wrong. Now I can't access my website. Nor I got the refund. Namecheap is best.

I'm a web developer and that's why I constantly search for fast hosting services and try them for my new projects. But till now I've to say, I haven't found any hosting service yet as fast as hostinger in minimal budget. That's why what I would recommend anyone is hostinger. They are simply amazing.

Nothing was sorted at all. Whenever I type a domain in it says server not found. I’m losing money and traffic bookmarks are working ok but not then I type into google etcThanks

Worst hosting service I've used ever! I have been trying to upload a 67 MB backup file in the hosting after subscribing to their premium plan. Tried for hours to upload this tiny backup to restore a site in the hosting but in vain. The upload rate in the hosting package is 50-60KBPS. How on the earth a web hosting package comes with such an insane upload speed? I asked their support about the issue and they first tried to convince me that my network is poor. When I replied that my network is well enough to upload that file in 5 seconds as I have checked that by uploading the same file in Google Drive, the support agent admitted that their server is overloaded. I just subscribed to this hosting and experienced this unbelievable phenomenon. I would've waited before leaving this review but I got an email from hostinger to leave an honest review a couple of hours ago. So, here it is.

My overall experience with hostinger is awesome specially pricing and service support. In case of any issue occurs they can take care of everything. I would definately suggest everyone to use hostinger atleast once.
