My website data is gone. I cannot access my websites. Backup files are also empty. This problem has existed since hostinger changed its interface. And I think this change is caused by a problem that occurred during the process. I will have to make a website from scratch. This is very bad.

I think it is an Excellent Hosting Service. They offer a lot of Storage, 100 GB. Load Speed is Blazing Fast "LiteSpeed" is very important for a Google Ranking Factor, or find a techy guy that is really good at removing any extra data, etc. And they Do offer 24/7 chat or email. It is okay. And you can also upload many, many websites or subdomains; they have FREE Weekly backups, etc. By Far One of The BEST, if Not The Best Hosting Company!!! I have Hostgator, which is okay too. But Hostgator spends Tons of Hours on The Phone when I need some help with my websites.But I was looking around for a Black Friday special. For hosting several of my websites. Maybe 3 or 4. I have a couple more on Weebly, which actually loads really fast.Although I have studied S.E.O. for 15 + years, I have difficulty when it comes to transferring file data, etc. Yes, they have instructions on doing this, but I prefer a professional to do it. See, I have been a plumber for many years (40) and have seen many mistakes that DIY Homeowners make. Well, to make a long story short. I would like it if they would transfer the files instead of giving an Instruction Manual. And if they had a phone number here in the U.S.A. Or Outsourced to someone in the Philippines. Worst experience ever with a hosting provider. No live chat support. I am not be able to access any of my domain without any reason. When I am trying to do live chat waiting since 1 hour they are not replying in live chat. I was using Namecheap before they a have a wonderful live chat support.

Too much time taken ,,,, slow generic responses. I would not recommend hostinger to anyone to be honest. I have a shared hosting so the stakes are high, but seems the operators/ help people know very little about the subject

People who buy this hosting, do not notice one little detail in the description of "Visits Monthly" In the 21st century to offer "Visits Monthly" - fraud, it could only be 80s. Paying so much more money for hosting and then paying extra for visitors to your site, this is a real scam.

Excellent hosting services provider with a high level of technical support personal.

They charged me for for domain renewal with send me an email a week ago which went in to the spam folder, and when asked them for a refund, they didn't bother, rather said, its not in their policy to refund the renewals.They suck, I'm never gonna get any service, its just unfair exploitation!I'm so amazed to see the quick response from hostinger, they replied and initiated the refund so quick I never thought of.Thank you so muchI really appreciate the responseI've changed the rating now. But thanks again ??Update: 16 Dec 2022They didn't pay me back, and upon asking for an update, no one is responding in the email?
