Although Manuel for the hotline was very friendly and willing to help (as all the hotliners I was ever in contact), he wasn't able to solve my problem because during one of the last hpanel updates, an important functionality (create an independent vhost for a subdomain website) which I used to better organise and isolate different websites on my hosting was suddenly removed. :-(Edit: Manuel contacted me again and provided me with an alternative solution. Thus, I increased my rating from 3 to 4,stars.

Online chat support provided lots of suggestions. But in the end I solved the problem myself. The newly introduced File Manager behaved slightly (and unexpectedly) different to the Windows File Explorer and MacOS Finder. I was pleased when the support person promised to take this up with the UX team and look forward to hearing the results.

Solid shared server hosting at cheap pricing. Chat support so far is good and responsive too. Two things that probably worth to take note:1. You have to request to increase the free SSL (not sure if that's have changed now?) 2. There's no GUI that shows the usage info from the cPanel that sum up the usage info from all the websites under your account. Only able to check for each website.Otherwise so far so good.

This is the first time i'm hosting a website with a custom domain name. Thou i know a bit of coding, but 3rd party softwares to edit web pages like wordpress is awesome. Took some time for me to get the hang of it thou. I didn't know where to get help, but your email, chat and facebook group about wordpress helped me a lot.
