One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any hosting company on earth. I bought their Black Friday deal for hosting for 24 months, and they have taken me for granted. I used the migration tool to migrate my already running 3 websites and after I checked after 2 days, none of them were live. I contacted the support and after more than 40 minutes of waiting, they said we are looking into the situation and I am still waiting for 10 more minutes for their response while writing this review. If I had the option to attach the screenshots, it would be great. I am now going for a full refund. I am feeling a hell of an experience!

As a reseller, sometimes it is necessary urgent assistance from the customer service, included out of business hours. The most part of times it was really great! Agents usually provide you the specific answer and always plus resources, as guides, articles, tutorials that guide you on how to achieve the configurations or customizations required.

I must say when I first joined hostinger my first 5 days were not great as they were having an issue with migrating my site to their service. Then a gentleman named Norton took over my situation and resolved the issues I was having. Norton single handedly completely changed my experience and I could not wait to come here and give him a 5 star review! Thank you Norton. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

I've been working with support to run down a backup problem. As different people work on the issue, it seems that they do not take the time to read the e-mail chain. I am often resharing information that was already given. On a couple of occasions, I was told things were fixed, but they replicated an earlier mistake that could have been avoided if they just read the e-mails. Feedback on progress is only given when asked for which does not make me feel I can trust that they are actually working on things.
