I had lost all my websites, thinking there was maybe something wrong with my laptop, your help centre solved my problem, telling hostinger was having problems with my h-panel, so no worries. I hope it doesn't take too long, but that's the way it is.

Great User-friendly site with so many templates and really got a great savings for a site creating in the website builder. Domain was a lot faster than competitors that I have tried in the past too. Have tried many website builders for my clients to update on their own. This platform on hostinger as Graphic Web designer really helped a new client much better than previous and definately transfer to hostinger.

there is no way the 5* rating for hostinger can be real frommy experinceso far,last night, after waiting for ages for tech support for help with enquery about adding another service to take advantage of the current discount before it runs out, the unhelpful person tried everything to discouragevery long delays inbetween each vague answer after vague answer, i tried to be patient think they might be busy working from home or something and may be surfering from slow connection, final staw for me was when they dirrected me to look at a link that is noting to do with what i requered, i know because i have already gone through that before contacting support. i realised that it wasnt thier slow connection, but them prefering to sleep rather than help.so i ordered the srvice from another company who had clear discriptions and options on their site that hostinger lacks=====================to add insult to injury, now hostinger is claiming i don't exist, a ploy that i don't see so they can get trustpilot to delete the review, if only you would use the same deligensy to answer tickets, rather than choosing to be unhelping to your clients, i have been polite and held back a lot of my experience about hostinger so far, but keep pushing my buttons, and i will take my time to give everyone a very detail account of my experiences with hostinger

I had a problem and it was solved in extreme short time. There is no any way to contact support from the site, live chat doesn't work and there is no propriate e-mail.I contacted sales, and guy from support contacted me in couple minutes

Customer since April 2021 and switched from cloud to VPS few years back, wasn’t told that i no longer needed to pay for cloud related domain services and just recently found out that it was continuing, running up a bill with absolutely no need for it. Asked for some compensation and bottom line was no, too late too bad and i am the only one responsable for making sure that the service did not automatically renew. After all the time and money i had already spent with them, really, that’s the customer appreciation i get ? They stole my money (unused/untouched service) and ran with it basically!
