No shenanigans with asking for KYC like a passport or government card2. Excellent top-notch support for setting up an external CDN, setting up a www prefix to your domain name, and helping you get your issues resolved in Bing webmaster tools for indexing, So basically the chat support is helping you cover all your needs really.3. The hostinger dashboard has a cache purging tool and so many other useful features your mind will be blown apart. 4. Easy integration of WordPress website and they help you speed it up by telling you exactly which plugins to use. 5. hostinger gets you enrolled in their affiliate program so you can make money just by sharing that with your friends and family. 6. Not that expensive service like i bought a basic plan for 130 dollars and even had a coupon code to cut down 5 dollars from it for four whopping years. 7. They continually update their dashboard with new features and improve the existing ones as well. hostinger for me is the best web hosting provider for WordPress websites really. Right now I installed Kadence free theme and believe me my WordPress website is as fast if not better than Ghost cms even haha.

Quick and accurate answers + positive attitude

After a domain transfer is complete, an autopayment is enabled by default so the customer has no option to deactivate this auto-charge and to pay manually. There isn't any option to stop or pause. I have contacted hostinger to ask for a refund but claiming that it is a company's policy to auto-charge the customers before permitting them to disable this automated procedure, the answer was a no. I've already contacted paypal for this.Edit 13 May: My eye is still on my inbox (as they said, my satisfaction is their priority) but nothing's there.Edit 15 May: I've got a message from Paypal - "Your case was decided in your favor. You can visit the transaction details to check the status of your refund".

I created a staging instance of my websites. With several contributors, it's easy to get out of synch and we did. The support team helped fix several issues. Most importantly they listened, asked appropriate questions and got the issue defined and then after a few moments provided a viable solution. FYI - So when you delete your staged website you do not automatically delete the listing for that subdomain. I hear that some folks like that. So if you want to re-create STAGE.mywebsite.com find your website in the h-Panel and remove it as a sub-domain, then you can create a brand new instance.
