I recently paid twice (accidentally) while upgrading my email plan, online. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this until I received two different invoices from PayPal showing that I had made two payments within minutes of one another. I contacted hostinger's customer service via email and within minutes received a very cordial reply (now I'm doing all of this around 10pm my time... it's late) Less than 30 minutes later, I got a refund notice from PayPal. In between that time, I received no less than three emails from customer service keeping me informed of their progress. What a great experience for a problem I caused.

This hosting provider is very much better than many of other providers I have used before.It has AI generated website builder, it has WooCommerce, WordPress, (auto) Logo maker,... and many more. That help speed up the website building process a lot.When I have issue, I can get help from chat and all the chat are stored in the system for later reference.I like this very much. I am still waiting for one issue to be solved and I believe it will be solved soon.

There is no Cpanel, instead, there is a panel they developed called Hpanel. Normally you give unlimited storage to mail accounts while you only have 1 GB of space in Hpanel. And if you want to increase this 1 GB space, you have to pay an extra fee. By paying this fee, you can only have 50 GB of space. I'm gonna cancel my subscriptions.
