Awesome customer service. hostinger has a gread dash board layout everything is clear and easy to find

I contracted hostinger less than three weeks ago and they can’t yet get my website online after the "free migration service", At the first failed migration was OK, I contacted them and they fixed the issue very kindly and I give them even a good review. However, now I am editing my previous review because my website still offline. They are not capable to fix it yet and during all those days I am dealing to save my website, while every time I get back to them, they are less responsive and "passing me the ball" to fix it myself or trying to make me responsible through answering Yes or Not to a new attempt -from their part- to remigrate the website for third time! I am afraid to say Yes ("I authorize" it almost) because I have the feeling if something goes wrong again they will blame me.I am so sorry and disappointed for choosing them. Hopefully I recover my website.... Couple of days after... They unsuccessfully migrated my site for 3rd time and I got an email with the following:"Hello again.Based on your description, it appears that the issue is related to error 404The solution requires file editing/code changes, which is Website development. There are a couple of options you can do to fix the issue:Try to fix the issue yourself using our guides below:How to recreate permalinks on WordPress?For a fair price of $20 + applicable taxes, our technical team professionals can take care of your website's issue.Let me know how it goes for you and if you'd like to go with the second solution."I did the payment because I don’t have the knowledge to fixing it myself. However, it will take up to 7 more days for my website to be online again, according to hostinger. ... What a pain!

I am not familiar with all these platforms for creating and hosting our websites. I ended up with hostinger after Namesco and IONOS. By far the worst experience both for the services provided AND FOR the customer service goes to IONOS and then to Namesco. these two companies were selling me services I didn't need and the customer service was there to take more money from me. I am more than happy I have chosen hostinger. I bought a service that I didn't need ( as I said I am not familiar with the field as many of us aren't ) and the customer service was instantly there for me - respecting my time and money and fixing EVERYTHING for me, explaining to me everything I needed to know - and refunding me!!! They didn't try to make me even more confused- they didn't let me wait for HOURS on my phone - they didn't try to get more money from me. I am amazed - thank you is the least I can say! EASILY AND WELL-DESERVED 5 BIG STARS.

I am still a newbie building my website, so I call them like every minute and they answer me. once I had to pay for a service, after they hosted my site, coming from Africa, I paid worked had to pay for that service but once I had issues with it again, I didn't have to pay 'cos I've paid for it once.In a nutshell, their services are good for hosting a newbie, their hosting is fast and affordable, and the best part is their customer service is very helpful and timely.Thanks.

I was stumped on how to change an element of my website and chat support was available even though it was after 7PM CST. The rep provided screenshots of my actual website and asked clarifying questions to make sure he understood what I needed and how to help me. hostinger has a great user interface and great deals on domains, hosting, etc. I recently got to see how the AI web builder works. I was skeptical at first, but I'll admit I was impressed! It gave me a really good start on layout and key words that I can flesh out for myself. Definitely saved me a lot of time. The logo maker was disappointing though. When I told it to find an icon related to "writing," it came back with shapes that looked like leaves! I tried twice which cost two credits. I didn't want to waste credits trying to coax the AI to do something as basic as generate a pencil or pen. Since the icons (images) were so off base, I ended up getting a nice, but simple text only logo instead.Also there needs to be an explanation of how the logo maker and credits work. You get 2 credits when you buy a package. The system randomly generates a few logos based on your business name. If you don't like them, you have to use another credit to try again. You can't ask it to tweak (change) what it generated. You have to just roll the dice again.Other than the logo maker everything with them has been great. I've been using hostinger about two years. They don't spam me and they remind me well ahead of time about plan renewals.

Getting contact to customer support is tricky. No telephone support. Very basic webpage building possibilities. Paying with services like Sofort result in unfulfilling payment processes and multiple payments.

hostinger is a very reliable hosting company. They have unique resources for every business needs. I highly recommend hostinger to all webmasters and businesses.
