This company has a good customer care, I was using their cloud hosting and shared hoting before upgrading to VPS, it was an awesome experince on the way because they provided the assistance needed

they made me feel powerful, by using their services.when you don't know something you fear it so you don't do it or ignore it. but when I talked to this guy he was cool, everything I said he was replying that he can do it for me.nothing like "sorry, we can't do that".overall everything was possible.

The Customer Success Team Rocks!I contacted Customer Success Team and gave them the required info and had my website changed to the correct domain name then i get a refund for a forgotten scheduled paiement on my bad. Noureddine was the customer service rep. Once connected, he had everything handled within 10 minutes. Fast and Efficient, he also give me some advice and info that i didnt know i even nedeed =)

It very good as the server very cheap, the customer support team were fast, patient and very friendly.The server were also up for 100.00% of the time I have used. I will definately recommend it to a friend or collegue.

1) Indah & Emily are somehow even more courteous, AND faster in solving problems, than the previous 8 people at hostinger who've already demonstrated bizarre excellence for a host that's not outrageously expensive. hostinger now routinely outperforms.2) We have 24 hosting accounts w 15 providers. Tho' it's long seemed that complimenting a webhost is the fastest way to make it jump the shark, hostinger's still kicking tail over more-expensive competitors. Some issues show company's not perfect either, BUT, it must be said that ?????? ???????????? ?????????????????? ?????? ???????????? ???????????????? ???? ?????? ???? ??????, and almost always in just a few heartbeats. :-).Our crew DOES highly recommend hostinger for hosting your websites

Good hosting which I have ever seen , but costly

I was having a issue with my website. Malware was inserted and i lost the access to the website. But amazing customer care service was provided by hostinger's CCS employee 'Sasa'. Malware was removed and i got the access of the website after restoring it to a previous backup.
