Shocking customer service.Do not use if you have wordpress website and if you expect decent responses of why the site isnt functioning properly.They sub out their security to Bitninja and expect the you to liaise directly to resolve their own problems. Then Bitninja say the issues should be resolved by the host!!hostinger cant be bothered to try and resolve so ive now switched host after nearly three years and hey presto!! the issues are now sorted.

I've been using hostinger for over a month since moving away from Godaddy. I'm very impressed with the great value for money, speed and reliability. So much so I've recommended it to friends and helped them create WordPress sites on hostinger. The account dashboard is great and easy to use. Also good customer service. Recommended!
