I just accidentally entered a domain name that I did not want to continue with and it being a freebie,I had very little hopes that I would be able to get it changed. But the Suport guy helped me out no questions asked. And it got resolved in minutes. It is the best experience I've had with a company putting it's customer first

I had a few problems, but support is always super helpful and solves problems instantly or gives you tips on how to do it. I know most of these companies offer similar services, but hostinger's support is fantastic, so I would recommend anyone switch to hostinger after their current provider expires, You also get a good deal for switching.

I don't often write reviews, but for hostinger, I feel I have to. They offer reasonable prices with really good hosting for any plan you choose. However, what I really want to mention here is their customer service, which is very fast and helpful. I want to express my gratitude to Devan, AJ, and Lauryna. Thanks again!

hostinger is not transparent company . hostinger not transparent with his clients . hostinger technical support sent every time same answers templates. One more thing hostinger support not reply those questions that more important for every website owner and online businesses .1. How many monthly traffic handle if I buy your cloud professional plan for 1 year +2. How many users handle at the same time if I buy your cloud professional plan ?3. Not provide any information about data center .I asked the support I tell him I know hostinger have data center in usa but I want to know which states of usa ??4. hostinger not provide dedicated firewalls in cloud hosting plans ? But other every company provide this thing .

AFTER THIS REVIEW,hostinger just deleted my website and reverted it back to default wordpress,STAY AWAY.In all honesty,i choose hostinger because it was the best "cheap" option,and i don't have enough traffic to need something better. Their migration tool works good enough when it works,but that's hit and miss.After I transfer my website,i also transferred my old domain,which apparently there is no way of making it the main one without migrating again,which their site now fails everytime and they won't to charge me pretty much a years subscription in order for them to do it.I can imagine how can a reputable hosting service can't allow a domain change for their website.Also the "expert" was pretty rude.
