Have many support articles and good support channel

The rep helped me figure out that my payment was not processed. My only issue was the time it took to get a response was more the 3 minutes. This would be a great improvement.

hostinger has been good so far, their services are top-notch never had any issues whatsoever! I use it and my friends use it too!Customer Support is also great, I recently reached out to them through live chat and Luis was very helpful and was able to guide me through the whole refund process when I needed to cancel an order I placed by mistake.

Every time I face a challenge or a bug shows up on my sites, I always ran into their Customer services agents. They are quick to respond and never make me feel the no-so-techy guy I am. I have been using hostinger for almost 3 years, never have I ever felt the need to relocate to another hosting provider thanks to their agents. EDIT: At first, they were good and excellent, but lately, the customer support is absolute trash and they do not keep professionalism. Few days ago I asked for help on one of my site, and one agent said something that translates to as we do not have a time for you. Plus, they do not even respond anymore! I have been a hostinger user for almost three years now, and at the beginning they were so helpful and always quick to respond, but lately, they act like they do not care. Please fix your customer support.

The hosting plan have a really nice quality/price rate but the thing that I appreciate the most is the support, it's always super helpful and kind.
