I wanted to share my experience with hostinger's support center, they are amazing! Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they respond immediately and provide solutions. They are super friendly and professional, making every interaction super comfortable. Thanks to their support, I was able to quickly resolve some technical issues.

I transferred a personal site from another popular hosting service. Uploading the code (php) and importing MySQL databases was quick and simple. I needed the live chat to complete email setup. The tech support was fast, friendly, and went straight to the solution. Wait time was only 2 or 3 minutes. I transferred my domain to hostinger because I downgraded the site from a multi-domain business program to a personal site. After spending over an hour with the old site's support team working to downsize my hosting program, I was still presented with a $257/year fee. That was reasonable for the commercial features I used but unacceptable for a personal site. The transfer and re-establishing my code and databases was quick and easy.

hostinger has a very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable support team. I am always able to get support any time I chat with them, even at midnight. Everything always gets so easy when using hostinger even though I am not an expert in web hosting services. I was able to do my website migration myself with the support, and within 30 minutes, my website was back up and everything worked fine. They are always wonderful to deal with.

The overall experience is great, I have bought Premium shared web hosting and then refund it (the refund process was easy) and bought the KVM1 vps plan because I didn't know at first I need a vps to my website because it uses Node.js which is not supported in shared web hosting. And most of web hosting services doesn't offer running Node.js on shared hosting, which is fine.The only thing that I didn't understand when doing my refund process, I wanted to keep the domain, but to keep it, you need to leave $10 of the refund value to keep the domain. While I got this domain for free from hostinger for one year, so I didn't understand that part, but I kept it anyway.The user interface and navigation is good and I like it.

best hosting provider ever.lots of features packed into even the lowest price tier.absolutely worth the price especially if you expect to manage more than 1 website.the only "problem" i can see, is that the server performance is hard capped (process limit, etc) maybe a little too strictly?also, but this is probably me not understanding how things work, if i work on a single website with friends of mine, i have to share access to my entire account (so all of my other websites). that's not cool..other than that it's perfect.

I am deeply disappointed with the web hosting service provided by hostinger. My team and I purchased their top-tier web hosting plan, prepaying for three years with high expectations for a seamless experience. However, we were met with numerous issues, particularly with their inflexible database system and abysmal response time limit of 20 seconds.One of the most frustrating aspects of our experience was the lack of support from the hostinger IT team. Despite our attempts to communicate our concerns and request assistance, we were met with unhelpful responses that felt more like automated chatbot replies. The IT team seemed incapable of making even simple adjustments to the database system, leaving us with a crippling response time constraint.Considering the severity of the issues and the uncooperative response from the support team, we explored the possibility of upgrading to a Virtual Private Server (VPS) to gain more control over our hosting environment. We kindly asked if our prepaid money could be transferred towards the VPS payment, but our request was outright declined without any explanation or alternative options.This entire experience has left us frustrated and feeling like our investment in hostinger's service was a mistake. A reliable and responsive support system is crucial for any web hosting provider, and unfortunately, hostinger has failed miserably in this aspect.Regrettably, I cannot recommend hostinger to anyone based on my experience. The lack of effective support and the limitations of their database system have severely hindered our online operations. I strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider other hosting options with a proven track record of excellent customer service and more adaptable systems.In summary, the web hosting service provided by hostinger has been nothing short of a nightmare. We feel let down and disregarded as customers, and there seems to be no viable way to reach competent technical support or any other form of assistance. My sincere hope is that the company takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements to avoid similar disappointments for others in the future.

Chat support people are excellent.But, chat support waiting times are too long. In my last interaction it took more than 25 minutes to have attention.
