I add a review and they flagged my review just to not be public even if i am real customer of them.

I am not a web developer. I get stuck pretty easily on basic things like setting up emails and migrating websites. hostinger's customer support has been absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. They've held my hand and patiently walked me through everything with ease. They even migrated my Wordpress site for me without any issues at all.As far as speed, my page loads instantly now. When I was on Dreamhost, the site took at least 10 seconds to load. Even basic sites with no content took forever to load. Dreamhost told me my load times were my fault somehow. Not being a web developer, i believed them. Since migrating these sites to hostinger, my load times are instant. The problem was never my websites at all. The problem was my host! Moving to hostinger was the best decision I've ever made when it comes to hosting my sites.

As a hostinger customer for several years, I, Daniyal, can confidently say that their services have been nothing short of exceptional. No matter how complex the problem, they always handled it with utmost expertise and dedication because sometimes I have zero knowledge about error and they gave their time and resolved the issues.I really impressed with the exceptional customer care!

VPS Subscriber.My website was working normally then out of the blue it went down for more than 5 hours. I tried to SSH into it, the server was down. I went to my panel, nothing is functional and i wasn't able to restart or re-install anything. I contacted their support and they said they will contact their technical team for this, and hiding behind the word "your vps is UNMANAGED so the support is limited", even though literally the server is down from their end and I cannot take any action from the panel. 5 hours later, they contacted me that their system engineer has fixed it without providing any reason why it was down in the first place. I contacted them for a refund since this violates hostinger's 99.9% uptime and I was entitled to get 5% refund based on this incident and what their SLA states. I submitted a request for refund and they told me their team will look into it. About 4 days passed and I got nothing, so I contacted them again but they told me the same thing, with the addition of "don't worry, we will get into this".2 months have passed and no one contacted me lol.In addition to this incident, they panel is extremely sluggish, literally taking any action makes the panel stuck for hours such as restoring snapshots or restarting.Finally, while their support is very fast, they are not helpful. I usually contact them when things go wrong and they do not have the answers. Your service is terrible, and your support is fake.I regret choosing your service. You don't live up to your word.

To be completely honest, since I started using hostinger as a user, I have always received fast and immediate attention, something that I highly appreciate and sets it apart from other companies that also provide this service. They are quick and friendly, in addition to the other benefits of hostinger, such as website security and speed. I am grateful and always recommend my friends and colleagues to use hostinger.
