Hostgator's help desk is great - I had questions about my recent domain transfer and email setup and used the chat feature. Response time was quick and well informed. I really like using this feature as issues are resolved quickly.

Annas was a great help with getting my site live. He noticed a couple of things in the set up process that I had missed and fixed them almost instantly for me. Very helpful. 5 star service.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THE ATROCIOUS SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM Hostgator! I purchased their hosting plan and asked them to migrate my site, but what did I get? A non-functional site! They didn't even TEST if the site is working or not before replying to my migration request and saying that migration is complete. And when I tried to reach out to their so-called "support team" EVERY DAY SINCE MARCH 7, they didn't seem to care! They just kept feeding me LIES about the team working on it. What a joke! And when I finally asked for a refund and decided to do the migration myself, I discovered a HUGE MISTAKE by their developer who left a .zip folder on the root with MY CREDENTIALS EXPOSED TO THE WHOLE WORLD! I thought I was dealing with a company who had some basic sense of security, but it turns out they don't care about their clients' privacy or safety.
