I would not recommend Hostgator to my worst enemy. The user experience and step-by-step setup of domains and the Wordpress site is terrible. I had to contact support to configure the domain. Only then, I was able to perform the DNS pointing.

Another bad review about Hostgator. I never faced the worst support system like them. The agent can't help me actually. Please don't purchase any plan if you are not super pro about VPS. and Don't purchase their VPS plan. They use All OS are free versions not work properly and have lots of limitations. The support agent will reply within an hour or more delay. Sometimes you will get a faster reply but not less than 10 mins.

I Have used Hostgator for a long time. Their service is average and support is pathetic. Previously it was good now they have reduced the quality. My website was down for more than 48hrs and there was no resolution provided. I have multiple accounts with Hostgator and performance is declining. Reply to Hostgator: You might not see the interactions. but I do have the screenshots of the chat. I am happy to post it on any channel if that is what you want.
