Hosting was good to me as I got into web development but as the economy declined and prices went up, it wasn't a viable option anymore. I loved how I was alerted of issues concerning my account via mail. What I didn't was how it seemed hard to contact customer care, you had to search in hidden places. if that part was easier, I'd love it more

I am one that came over from Zyro via the merge. I was a little concerned at first, because I know how mergers have gone in the past, but Hostgator seems to be better in that I have more options than just Mailchimp for newsletters. I haven't made many changes to my site since the merger, but that seems to be at least as good as before which is a relief. I was hoping I wouldn't need to relearn how to manage my site. I am pleased with Hostgator to this pont.

Hostgator is super reliable, priced very reasonably, and their website builder is a great tool. Their support staff is usually available within a matter of minutes, and they have been able to resolve any issues I've had within 24 hours at the most. I've been a customer for 3 years. I highly recommend their service.

Hostgator is one of the best hosting platform. They have elaborate help articles to do most of the hosting operations on our own. But even if you screw up sometime, you can always fall back on their customer support. Their chat support is top notch and they don't stop until your issue is resolved. It's been three months since i moved all my domains from other domain/hosting providers to Hostgator, and it's the best decision. The also provide 100 email ids for each domain (depends on the hosting plan). They pricing is also very reasonable. The hPanel is one of the most well organized and intuitive dashboard, I've come across. Overall, I'm a very happy customer!

Login is very cumbersome. set passwords are not respected. I always get to login after many attemts
