The Suspended my account because there is a malware in one of the site, I haven't even logged in to site in last 4 months. Its there responsibility that they scan and remove the malware. So I shouldn't have been to start with but now they are saying they will keep my account suspended for next 5 days. The Customer Support Agent assigned to me is seeing my messages but not responding and I have no way to end the chat and get transferred to an other agent. It really stupid. Agent Name Maryane

You can create a fantastic website for a day! I researched for a Website Builder and tried many platforms, but this one is the best. The AI helps a lot when you create a new website because it's made almost everything. You don't need the code language and computer knowledge to create a website; the only expectations are curiosity and English knowledge. I added four because it is impossible to use a Bulgarian shop, and there is no option to search the blogs. After less than six months, our blog is visible as a first on Google search. They do a great job. I hope we can use it fully in Bulgaria soon, and I can sell it on our market.

Very good hosting, I was on a dedicated server for my website and I know it was too much so I go on hosting for shared wordpress and i though to loose some performance and finally, not so much so it is a very good platform and support is very good. What I really value Hostgator for is their support and dedication to solve problems of any difficulty. Thanks to Ivah C. and all previous experts who were knowledgeable and really were paying attention to the issue. Their approach was not to get rid of you as fast as possible but to make sure that everything works correctly. Regarding the platform itself: nice and convenient interface, articles covering most of the questions, integrated WordPress for web design and many other useful features!

I do appreciate and value the service Hostgator offers. It's been pleasant in most parts but I also have my reasons to complain. As a company who plugged in Zyro as a website builder, it is Hostgator's responsibility to see the transition of all the websites built there and shouldn't be putting the task on the customers head.
