I bought Web Hosting service when I wanted VPS and they helped me get a refund for the web hosting even though I wanted to keep the domain. So now I have been able to change plans to VPS instead and I still have the domain name that I chose. Easy, fast and great customer service! :D

For a Business Hosting plan, there is not a cpanel. And the database functionlity is limited. I'm unable to create new users and assign to one or more databases. They only allow to create new user when you create new database. So cant use existing user, always have to create a new one. Impossible!
