Hostgator has very helpful chat-based, real-life customer service. Vania was able to help me solve the technical issues I had with name servers. They were not either Hostgator's fault. It related to a plugin I used with WordPress. She also helped me with that plugging and my linked domain that is not hosted on Hostgator. I greatly appreciate that and I strongly recommend Hostgator as a hosting provider for your web project.

I regret choosing Hostgator.This company has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I was left on live chat for over 30 minutes without any support or information on what was happening. Poor behavior from a huge company. I will NEVER return to this company and never recommend it. the main point of my review is that they have suspended my websites 4 to 5 times for no reason, I bought 3 plans of 4 years from their website, and now I feel that I made a big mistake by buying these plans. Would not recommend anyone to buy a hosting plan from their website.
