I do not usually have any problems but on the occasion that I do have something go wrong I am able to call in and get things fixed. This call was no exception. Maylene got to the bottom of the problem and we got it resolved.

We've been with Bluehost for a long time and one of the main reasons is that they've got a great support team. Through a very complicated and convoluted effort to move away from Bluehost for a different email provider, we ended up coming back but it was a mess. "Big Thanks to Scott!" for his help on the phone and the team to get all of our emails back and the money side taken care of as well!

I've been using Bluehost since 2013. I've never once had an problem with the service and they always solve anything that comes up quickly.

I have never been one to recommend Bluehost although not a bad service just not great service. That being said the last customer service representative have changed my mind completely highly recommended. Patient helpful professional extremely friendly personable I couldn't say enough good about the last representative I spoke to very fast very knowledgeable.
