I called in recently for a billing concern. The agent took the time to understand my issue, which ended up being very minor and easily corrected. Durig this time, Jamely also took the time to review my purchases and made some recommendations that saved me money in the long run. NEEDED HELP WITH ACCOUT HAVE 27 DOMAIN NAMES WITH THEM. ON HOLD FOR MANY TIMES UNTIL DISCIONCTED BY THEIR PHILIPEAN PEOPLE.FINALLY GOT PROMISE MANAGER WOUD CALL ME BACK . NEVER GOT PROMISED CALL BACK. DAYS LATER GOT EMAIL THAT ONE DOMAIN NEEDED CREDIT CARD. PUT CREDIT CARD IN THEN LATER IN DAYGOT EMAIL SAYING NEED CREDIT CARD. UNABLE TO GET EMAIL FOR GO DADDY. CHEAP PRICES BAD SERVICE. STILL UNABLE TO EMAIL FOR HELP edit 5-14 Bluehost apologized BUT STILL did not give email address just so far proven false promise someone would get back-HA

I think Bluehost support is excellent. My most recent interaction is typical of previous ones. In this case, it was the setup of my Microsoft company accounts under Bluehost hosting of my Llc domain email accounts. We got the account setup and authentication integration done for the laptop and mobile, a multi step process for both. It was a pleasure to work together and I learned a lot about this core function

Bluehost listed a domain I wanted as available (for a very reasonable $0.01). At the point of checkout, the payment failed. Upon refreshing, it stated the domain was now unavailable.After checking on the who.is database, I can see that a subsidiary of Bluehost: "Domains By Proxy, LLC" was listed as the point of contact for the registrar - you guessed it - Bluehost themselves.The cost of the domain is now listed at a far less reasonable $2,500.This is an exceptionally unethical practice from this company.Avoid Bluehost - use more ethical websites such as NameCheap!
