I had a problem, called the Bluehost numer and in less than 10 minutes I spoke to Drew Cross and my prolem was solved.

Called through to try and change my web hosting and email to a low plan as I need the most basic features as I barely use them.100+ minute call with a consultant who charged me for two brand new plans. Basic Economy Hosting and Outlook 365.I honestly don't know what that consultant did but charge me for 2 products I didn't need.Bluehost's online chat glitches out and stops working, tried on multiple browsers: PC, mobile and ipad all the same.Called again, waited 20 minutes to speak to someone who had to authenticate me again (although I did it prior to waiting in hold), they then immediately transferred me to the sales department which had a 40 min wait.Hung up and called again finally got through to someone competent enough to explain what was happening and refund me, her name was Paola/Paula?

Alex was great. He solved my primary issue in short order and also noticed there was a cheaper plan for one of my other services and made the adjustments needed to save me money.
