I am based in London, UK.I have bought the Search Engine Optimization service from Bluehost and I prepaid for 6 months. They sold me this under false pretense that they have SEO team in the UK who will take over my complain. Regrettably that was a lie. They do not have a IK team and the team they have has no idea of the market in the UK.They did absolutely no work and came with some ridiculous suggestions how I need to change my home page on my website. The language was so poor and professional like written from a 3 years old child. I had to chance them with emails and phone calls almost every day to ask them to start working on my complain but nothing was done for the first month. Then I cancelled their service at the end of the first month abd asked for a full refund they refused saying they need 48 notice and charged me for full 2 months instead . THE SEO team admitted they did not do the work. A woman called Savanah said she is the manager and she said they have no governing body to control if they deliver what they sell to people.I lost over £1,000 as a resultPlease be aware this people are cooks and you will be wasting your money The person from Bluehost team who replied to my review knows I can not reply back but still this is my Bluehost customer number32286838
