Bluehost has stepped up its game, making it so easy for me to work on my business and focus on IT instead of going down needless rabbit holes. If I ever get stuck, I don't waste time trying to figure it out. For once, it’s actually quicker to contact customer support! Bluehost’s chat and phone support are quick to respond and always helpful. They sometimes even catch things I didn’t know I needed to fix, like where I’m at risk. They’ve even told me what an unnecessary purchase would be! They saved me a few hundred dollars in my first two support calls alone! That kind of honesty goes a long way. A five-star experience for sure!

The help desk is available anytime and is very helpful as you can actually speak to a real person. I called the help center on Friday at 10pm. I did have a waiting time of 30mins but I guess that’s expected while calling at such an hour. I spoke to Katrina, who was very helpful and patient as I was attempting to log in. She explained and resolved the issue I was having. I am very happy with the service.
