I've been very frustrated with Bluehost customer support until yesterday and today. Finally, Adrian Edward Planters, and Cassandra, in different calls, were able to make the changes I needed on the spot. Everyone else I've talked with for the past 3 months, create tickets for the changes I request. That takes 2 or 3 days which is fine, but when they say the changes were done, it was completely different of what I requested, or they only did one little thing and ignored the rest of the request on the ticket. Adrian Edward Planters, and Cassandra (no last name known) are VERY knowledgeable, professional, caring, patient, and very hard workers. Bluehost needs more people like them!

Bluehost has the best support of any ISP on the market. They may cost a bit more than some but the service is so valuable

You know I have some brain damage and it interferes with knowing my personal information and this gentleman on Bluehost was very pleasant to talk to he had no problems looking into things as far as he needed to look over and beyond his abilities of the computer and he was able to get all of my problem solved able to find all my login information information that didn't even have to do with their website and told me prices that were competitive to other companies. He went over and beyond. Sorry it's just really nice to talk to someone that doesn't yell at you for not knowing stuff lol
