I had trouble logging onto my email yesterday. I tried to get help yesterday but had no success. I had to wait on hold for 1.5 hour before I was able to get through for help. But within 10 minutes the lady had me fixed up and ready to go again.

What an amazing experience first time calling and simran was so great so helpful lots of knowledge I was all over the place in didn't understand anything and I'm so happy I was able to speak with this person to provide all the information needed I'll definitely be keeping in contact with this person as I understood everything and she was so clear

Go Daddy is always there when I need them. They are responsive to my questions and needs. While they use AI to help address issues it does a fantastic job of dealing with nearly any matter.
