The previous two tech support did not fully engaged in the issues for solution. The first tech support resolved by sending me instruction to manage it myself. The second one said to receive the tech support it will cost $250 per service. The third one said to ask my own IT specialist. I find these not a workable customer service. On top of this the first tech support sold ab email storage a product without offering reasonable good options to choose from. At last the most recent tech support provided all the detail solutions to overcome the issues and able to help me getting the best way to resolve email storage issue that made most sense. Customer service by Bluehost has to be a customer service, not forwarding customers to self-help link or to call an IT technician.
