Talking to a guy who knows what he's doing in the US is important to me. The online chat functions are pretty terrible (across the board - not just Bluehost) but I can pick up the phone and get real solutions from someone who can communicate in a manner that penetrates my thick skull and instructs my fingers on what to tap to make it all better.
