I called in to Bluehost because I needed to verify my DNS on Bluehost. I was having trouble doing it on my own. My customer service agent name was Jergo Francisco. When I say he was phenomenal, I mean it! He went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of. It took several hours to fix my DNS issue. And Jergo was there every step of the way. When I had to take a 15 min coffee break , he was happy to call me back. He came me back in exactly 15 min and we finished up getting my DNS verified so I can gain access to my professional email. This made me want to change my website from square to Bluehost immediately! Which i will be doing. I give him a 15 out of 10!!!!

Our DNS was having trouble connecting so our site was down and their phone service rep helped get it back up and running. We are transferring from Square Space and so glad that Bluehost has phone customer service (unlike Square Space) for issues like this.

Mark was a cool and smooth operator. He knew what he was doing and walked me through the process. I did ask for a coupon to aid in cost but he said only new products. Not Mark's fault but Bluehost you can do better than that. Word to your mother!
