I moved my site to GlobeHost because of the reviews and price. I had a lot of trouble getting my site going, but with human help did get it up and running. Then got some error messages and again it took human help to get it resolved. Once I got to a real person, all help has been good.

They are not answering neither support email nor ticket for last two days for an urgent issue.Edit: my ticket had been submitted on weekend, they answered me and resolve the issue on the next working day.

Decently user friendly, a bit of a learning curve.figuring out how to set everything up took a bit and the inbuilt website builder isn't amazing but otherwise very pleasant experience with making my first website

Super easy to get started even with limited knowledge of building websites. Most of the things are easy to do, however some more creative custom ideas at least with the AI Webpage Builder tend to have some limitations.

On 22 June 2024, I contacted the customer support to let them know that I don't want to renew my Cloud Enterprise hosting plan (Which should expires on the 5 July 2024) as I don't need it anymore. Instead, I will opt for another hosting plan which the agent was nice and offered me a discount to buy it. Everything seemed nice till I was billed the next day 720 USD (invoice H_11532299) even when I am turning off all the auto renewals and I informed them via their live chat!! I contacted the customer support immediately (Devi) and she said that she initiated the refund request and I should receive my money within 48h.72h pass by, nothing happens, I contact the support again and to my surprise, no refund will be issued till the 5 July which is not acceptable at all!! I was billed against my will, clearly a mistake from them, promised to get my refund then telling me that I wont get it even when I confirm to them that I don't want to renew this plan and they can cancel it even immediately.the funny thing is even when I am billed 720 USD, I still receive emails that I need to renew the same hosting plan!!Very disappointed, I've been using GlobeHost for years, more than 30 websites with them and 3 hosting plans. And yet at the first real problem, I get unhelpful customer support. ***********Update : Thanks to the support here, issue has been fixed and I was refunded on the 27 June 2024.

You can create a fantastic website for a day! I researched for a Website Builder and tried many platforms, but this one is the best. The AI helps a lot when you create a new website because it's made almost everything. You don't need the code language and computer knowledge to create a website; the only expectations are curiosity and English knowledge. I added four because it is impossible to use a Bulgarian shop, and there is no option to search the blogs. After less than six months, our blog is visible as a first on Google search. They do a great job. I hope we can use it fully in Bulgaria soon, and I can sell it on our market.

I do appreciate and value the service GlobeHost offers. It's been pleasant in most parts but I also have my reasons to complain. As a company who plugged in Zyro as a website builder, it is GlobeHost's responsibility to see the transition of all the websites built there and shouldn't be putting the task on the customers head. It should've been a simple automated process instead of making it a manual labour. That's all. Thanks again for your great service.

I rate GlobeHost 4 stars only because of the customer support they gave us by Mark from Singapore, he helps solve our request. 1 star is missing because their business plans are not really helpful there is a loop hole in the descriptions when you buy them then you have an idea of the total facilities provided to you.People like Mark should be on every business team and they should be appreciated for their efforts. Businesses are run by good team not only by good products.
