So far everything has been going well. I am setting up a new hosting service through them and can't beat the price for what is included. I have multiple domains that need their own email and the only real problem is that it's not very clear how to get email setup for new domains added to the server but this was cleared up quickly through their support chat. Overall though it has been a painless experience moving everything to this new provider.

I have experience with hosting companies (daddy, gator, etc) and GlobeHost has been the easiest to work with and the fees are very reasonable. The only reason there aren't five stars is that their support bot had me in a tailspin for a while. Once I got to a live person, I accomplished what I wanted in 5 minutes.Almost forgot, the site layout is easier than some of the competition. There are a couple tricks. Once you've learned them, it's pretty easy.

I've been with GlobeHost for the last 2 years. Their service is reliable and customer support has improved a lot during the past year. The only downside is their collaboration with Titan email which is not the best - their spam filters are not ideal, and I've gotten a lot of spam coming in as soon as I started using their email service.

So far I'm pretty happy with GlobeHost. It was super easy to set up my website. There are a few quirks - things I can't customize, I'm limited on setting up tax rates for Canada (can only set 1 even though there are several), I can't set up shipping fees by item (only by weight or price) - but they are things I can live with for now. As I grow I hope these things will be improved on. Customer service is hard to reach if you lose access to your account (I wasn't receiving login verification codes via email) but once you find them support is good.

Price. I was with WIX for over a decade, but they kept raising the cost. I'm just trying to have a nice web presence, I'm not a big social media wheeler and dealer. I want something that looks nice and is easy to build.GlobeHost's tools are simple and with proper layout can display a nice site cost effectively. There are some bells and whistles to their tools (layers, animation, timing) that I'd like to see, but NOT at an increase to price! I'm just fine paying what I'm paying.

The friendliness and commitment of the assistant to help. Despite the company not complying with my request, the interaction was very positive, highlighting the friendliness and dedication of the assistant.

I'm using their premium hosting plan, which is quite good. They provide LiteSpeed servers which are good for a website to respond faster.

Navigating some of the features is tricky and I have had time wasted to figure things out, or get some things to update and work properly. However, I got on with support, and the help was incredible. The person was patient, genuinely working to understand my issue, and walked me through the things I didn't understand. 10 out of 10 I would recommend based on the support alone.

The ability to use either the website or an app for emails has made it convenient for us as a business to use hostiger. Email space and subscriptions for Titan space is a big issue on the other hand.
