It was easy to do what I needed to do. I don't think I've ever had it so easy before.

Their support team was very fast. In fact, the first time they replied, I thought it was AI. But later, I found out it was a person. They were quite helpful and polite.

I had a premium web hosting plan set on auto-renew and could not find where to cancel it in the hPanel, but customer support answered quickly and sorted the issue out

The hosting experience was good.As a beginner, it was easy to use the GlobeHost platform and creat my first website. Unfortunately, the renewal fees are to high (over budget) and Need to find cheaper.

They were quick to provide clear step by steps to solve problems of integrating Stripe payment into my online store. And patient enough to wait for me to do the steps.

I paid $15 to GlobeHost to transfer my Domain Name from another host since I was unable to do so on my own. I hope that this time I will receive my Domain Name transferred without further hassle. My simple goal is to publish my website which I completed a month ago. I wait for the 7-day transfer period.

It is going good. I am still learning, making mistakes, resolving issues. Sometimes it feels great but sometimes.... Overall it's a good learning experience.

I am based in the UK. I wanted to create a blog a couple of weeks ago. I watched a video on Youtube about how to set up a blog in Wordpress by "Metics Media".Metics Media point you to GlobeHost as they have an affiliate relationship and GlobeHost give you a discount on domain registration and hosting if you use Metic Media's coupon code.Metics Media's video is brilliant for teaching you how to create a blog in Word press if you have no technical skills. The deal with GlobeHost is good too and I was even able to select my hosting duration for 12 months at the same rate as a 48 month package which eliminated some of the financial risk for me too.I selected a non specialized domain extension due to availability more than anything else ".blog".I am disappointed though because Metics Media video states multiple times you can obtain a refund from GlobeHost if you change your mind about the service within 30 days. GlobeHost's website states the same during the sign up process.I decided not to continue with GlobeHost after about 10 days due to a change in circumstances which would not permit me the time to create content for my blog.When I visited my invoice on GlobeHost.com to claim a refund however, it was impossible.I spoke to an agent who repeatedly told me a refund was not available and referred me to GlobeHost's refund policy. Perhaps there is a clause in the small print that says GlobeHost are not obliged to refund you your hosting fees nor your domain registration but what upsets me is both Metics' and GlobeHost's marketing message is really misleading.I know for a fact other providers such as Bluehost will refund you your hosting fees in instances of cancellation.So I would advise you to be cautious before handing over your money to GlobeHost and Metics Media because you may be left out of pocket like me :-(@GlobeHost I understand your duties as a Domain reseller and wasn't actually questioning them.However, I do expect a refund for the hosting services, I have paid you for as they were cancelled well within 30 days.I gave you my invoice number and email address when I submitted this review so I don't need public half hearted comments about investigations or to be advised your customer service team are there for me.Reach into your pocket and refund me for the hosting charges I have cancelled reasonably and appropriately.17/9/24 @GlobeHost, thank you for refunding me my domain registration and hosting fees, much obliged.

The whole experience with GlobeHost is that their servers are very fast and with the introduction of AI models on the site makes ii easy for users to work effectively and efficiently thus becoming productive site.
