Although, I really much rather prefer voice communication because in part my eyes don't see that well now. So, doing chat is difficult as it is. But to chat on my mobile device just makes it even that much worse!However, aside from no phone support & the fact I had my renewal charged earlier then I had originally expected. My overall experience otherwise with customer support was good since there was an option for me to chat with a real live person who knew good English! They were patient answering my many questions.

They're good and cost effective. I am a customer for around a year now. What I don't like about them is their AI based customer services bot. At times it's really painful and you really want to talk to a real person which usually takes time. Otherwise it's good.

Manuel worked with me with patience and attention throughout the process of trying to resolve the issue I was having with the GlobeHost connection in being able to access and edit my website. Although we could not get it resolved during the service call, Manuel forwarded the issue to another colleague (i.e., Jesus). I asked Manuel if he could help expedite the correction -- which appears he was able to have done -- as the issue was resolved the next day!
