The company’s help team is great, very helpful and responsive once you get through to them directly. You have to navigate their AI chat bot first, which although one of the best I’ve experienced recently is still not able to help with fairly basic requests. It’s early days with GlobeHost but so far so good, and the value for money is excellent.

GlobeHost have been recommanded to me on Youtube, and as I am trying it, I am finding it easy use, I am building my website althougth I am not an expert developper.

The help bot sucked and couldn't figure out what I needed, but the service rep was great.

I've been using their service for a while now they never let me down... A lot of other services has .. They are fast, easy to use and there customer service is the best...The reason for the four star and not five is because 5 star do seems like it is paid for it most of the time. Haha

Customer service (Kodee) was quick and helped direct me to where I needed to get to. I am not a techy or website guru, but was able to find what I needed through support.
