Five months in using GlobeHost and "Very" happy so far with my experience! Using GlobeHost I've had no mayor problems at all. Everything is easy to navigate and really simplicity itself.

Apart for the initial misunderstanding of the issue with the first person I made contact with (not Andri) the fix was speedy and customer service was great.

Customer service is really good. I hate that there's no phone number to call but people on the chat are really responsive and the turnaround is quite fast. I had a weird problem with a Google Workspace subscription that I bought with GlobeHost, we couldn't make it work but in the end GlobeHost will process a refund and I'll try another route. It's good that you value customers.

I had only one problem with GlobeHost. Somehow it was removed all files from selected websites. It is strange and disgusting. There are no other problems at the moment, but 3 problems away and I would probably leave. Good UI, Good support, Great Control Panel, Amazing prices, Stable servers, A lot of payment systems adapted, a lot of good stuff, thank you and god bless you GlobeHost

GlobeHost is a great hosting company I do not intend for this review to be taken the wrong way but I am gonna be constructive and give minor things that can be fixed.Let's start with the basics signing up, paying and getting your website up and running. This was a very straight forward process and I didn't have any problems with this process. GlobeHost you did a awesome job here very smooth process and I love your user interface. Support, I have had multiple interactions with GlobeHost's Customer Success Specialist for the most part they have been positive and helpful! There was one experience where the agent misunderstood me and toke my website down for over 6 hours. My feedback for the support team of GlobeHost is two things... Number one I suggest having a live chat for people who aren't signed up yet and want to speak with someone on the GlobeHost Team. Maybe a Sales Team would be a good idea and then have the Sales and Customer Success Team be two different teams to make decrease volume of the Customer Success Team with non-customers that have questions. My second point of feedback here is I suggest reviewing chats for errors agents have made and providing additional training and resources to prevent websites going down due to agent error, if the website was down alrighty when the customer chatted that's a different story but a website shouldn't be going down because of a agent that is extremely frustrating to the customer not only myself but any customer that has a website. Other then that, I had a chat with their support today and they were helpful so they aren't bad but there is always room for improvement of which response times and agent training can be improved.Overall, I'd rate them above average their pricing is the most competitive in the industry and you aren't gonna find much better no matter if you are a small business or big business GlobeHost likely has a plan for you!
