The whole process from start to the immensely helpful followup call and advice given was amazing. I used to have an account with Weebly and I would tell people that Weebly was the best place to setup your own website, but after a few years Weebly became owned by Square and something changed. The service diminished almost overnight and continued to get harder and harder to negotiate. When I decided to open an account with GoDaddy I was cringing with fear expecting it to be as difficult as Weebly had become. I could not have been more wrong. It was amazing. It was simple, streamlined, effortless and after a quick setup and a couple of weeks down the track I received a follow up call from a helpful advisor who was able to share fabulous information with me regarding any hitches, needs, or wishes I had. I cannot recommend GoDaddy enough. Well done guys!

I have been a GoDaddy customer for about 25 years. A few years ago they were amazing, great to deal with and Support staff were effcient and expert. Now its the complete opposite. Contacting Support is a frustrating, highly annoying, time consuming process. The system is totally broken. Expect to take hours (literally) get very annoyed and have to call back again in the next few days, and go through it all over, because the fix they promised wasn't fixed. I can't take it any more and actively looking for a new provider. Its a shame. The Company was great and now its Trash.
