The rep helped me to eventually figure out the problem on my own through a little further experimentation. The problem was with Dreamweaver which he is not familiar with, but his input was very helpful regardless. He certainly knew the relevant GoDaddy information and had some good suggestions.

I was told I would receive a refund on 10/30. I also received a call confirming this. I never received the refund and spent over three hour trying to get this resolved only to be told that I was talking to the wrong person. Happy to leave a better review if this can be resolved. The worst customer support experience I’ve ever encountered—unbelievable! It’s been over five days just to update my phone number, and there’s still no progress. I’ve been contacting support daily to resolve this issue, yet nothing has been done. Please address this matter promptly and consider improving the quality of your support team.

Customer service is always quick. I hardly ever have any issues with GoDaddy, but the few times that I have called, I did not wait long for a rep, and they were always able to solve the issues promptly. I recently created two new emails for employees, both couldn't log into their accounts on their mobile devices. The rep was quick and had everything resolved in under 15 minutes.
