I had the pleasure in getting Cory as my tech!I haven’t had this type of knowledgeable, professional and courteous customer service anywhere in a really long time!! Whatever Cory makes - he should get a definitive raise!! He knew exactly what screen I was on with all my jiberish I spoke to him, he handled my problems quickly and was able to help me merge and clean up some of my domains on Go Daddy, in my mind it was a mess! In his mind it was clear!Cory should be paid a lot to write a protocol on how to handle customers!Based on my experience with Cory, I will recommend Go Daddy to everyone and anyone !!

Godaddy let me have one year of domain registration for free because I explained that I could not afford to renew it at present. Really helpful staff only downside was very long time to wait before I got through to someone. However they do offer WhatsApp as an alternative to a phone call ??

I had very experiences with GoDaddy till I started using its merchant services for the business. My clients paid through GoDaddy n the money was never transferred to my bank account as they were asking to verify the identity even though it was already done. So I refunded the money to my clients. Surprisingly GoDaddy charged us more than $100. I was never explained why they charged us to reverse the transaction. I would never use GoDaddy in my life now. I am updating this again as i missed to reply your email from Trustpilot.

Expire date of domain is 5 december and today is 4 december, domain is in redemption and they want me to pay 50 euro's while they say expire date is 5 december. Not willing to cover fee's, rude customer support, godaddy is not what it has been. They lost me as customer

I give 1 star to companies that use auto renew subscription. I used your subscription for a few months then decided I'm not using it again but after 1 year I got charged again. In order to get a refound, I had to work with you customer service. I start chatting on WhatsApp, it took 15 minutes for a person to take control after chatting with A.I.Meanwhile, I tried to call maybe it will be faster. But I had to spell my email as I didn't know the account pin.After that I tried contact through website chat, that was significantly faster, but again, I didn't know my customer number and pin, asked the agent if I can provide email address and he refused twice, eventually sending a otp on email.Personally, I think it's too much bs. for trying to get a refound and close my account, but maybe there are some important domains that need a lot of security in order to protect.I still give 1 star for auto renew without consent and having to chase in order to get a refound, I find this as mugging your customers that are to busy to chase or to wealthy.

I set up a new email address that made my emails to my old email start bouncing. John made it easy to understand what I did to muck things up. He was able to restore my old settings (I'm making it sound way easier than what it actually was). John was patient and very knowledgable. I appreciate GoDaddy having a customer service option that is easy to reach.

I am a blind veteran. I use ZoomText reader. Site set-up was hard because of reader not following. I contacted customer service and the customer service agent was familiar with ZoomText and walked me through my problem. Great company, not friendly with the ZoomText 2025 professional program. The issue is my reader, not GoDaddy.
