Godaddy customer service helped me find an old email I wasn't using for 7 years and helped me set up a new one. Agent was caring, understanding & patient. They spent an hour and 27 minutes with me!

The introductory email from GoDaddy said they were ready to help. That’s an understatement! I’m new to setting up a website, linked email, etc. Despite my best efforts following detailed written instruction, I was getting nowhere. However one call to the customer service line at GoDaddy fixed everything. Marc John was thorough, personable, and above all patient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m eager to do more with the website!

I am not a website developer. I understand the basics and can point and click with the best of them, and Ian was able to explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed without making me feel like an idiot. He recommended WordPress Premium Support, which is affordable. I can pay for one month at a time rather than have to sign up for another subscription. Thanks, Ian.
