Its the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. No one can help with the issue, can't ever talk to someone that can solve a problem. There are other companies out there, don't use godaddy.

They add AI features without your consent that break your website security and reset your purchase plans, and you have to manually rebuild your website to correct their mistakes.Get your domain somewhere they wont auto-add horrible features and charge you for services you already paid for.

Sajida Yar Khan at Godaddy support is fantastic. I am so pleased that they actually chat with their customers. I am so happy that Sajida, created me a new domain. I had been waiting over a year for google and squarespace to get my domain moved and now I don't have to deal with them anymore. Sajida was very thorough and patient, walking me through each step and making sure I understood what was going to happen. I'm pleased that Sajida took my call. I am happy for the first time in 1 year because I have my domain and website finally fixed. woohoo!!! what a day. lol

They’re dishonest….they charge me $400, promising a refund if i cancel in 2 weeks….never provide customer support as promised by their reps…..when i called asking for for a refunds, they kept on putting me on hold for ever!! This company is a scam! stay away from them!!!
