Ana Jolina was an amazing customer service rep. I am not tech savvy and she walked me through every part of trying to get my paid domain name transferred to my squareup account from godaddy. Tim was very helpful and patient with resetting my email on my Apple phone. Apparently Apple caused this problem a couple of weeks ago which caused numerous emails to be locked out. I had to delete my account and re-add it, however it took several tries to do so. Again, Tim was very helpful and patient! Thank you!

GoDaddy customer service was great today! They notified me of an issue between Apple Mail and Microsoft, which addressed my problem. We then transitioned into an information and sales call, resulting in me purchasing 3 domains and getting them pointed to my main site.

I am a regular customer of godaddy. I have almost 500+ domains on godaddy. But I have contact via live chat. they are replying after 15 minutes of wait. worst live support. and Also I am transferring my all domains.

After hours and hours trying to get my website to proper setting for my on line store still not fixed . We shouldn't have to wait 2 days to just have to resubmit a ticket 5 times because no one understands what needs to be done. So frustrating

I'm a teacher/Head of School and Narji did an outstanding job. He waited patiently on the phone while I worked with my students. I had been locked out of my email for two days because of a Microsoft Authenticator security loop issue and really needed help. I can't thank him enough.
