Awful service in support chatI was looking to renew the website via WhatsApp chat. I was exchanging messages with 7 different staff over 3 hours. At some point I was offered a good discount but the price never appeared in the cart. The next person increased the price by 4 times and was telling me how 'amazing' the price is. Horrible service !..PS. Update 22 March - responded to reply by submitting the details of the chart - nothing happened (as expected!...)

First year they gave me cheap price and made the website now they made it expensive. New deal take of rebuild the website. Go daddy should have one off pay on website template so customers can use any host as they got the fair price.

I have called GoDaddy for technical support 2 times in the last year. Both times I was treated with respect and got the absolute best customer service! If you aren't careful you are going to build a business that customers won't want to leave! ;o)~
