Excellent online customer support which was required to re-establish MS 365 email capability for a small water company that relies solely on this connection to communicate with customers. The GoDaddy representitive provided 'step-by-step' insturctions to work through the "authentication" process managed by volunteer board members in the organization who are not necessarily computer savvy. Thanks...!!

I've used GoDaddy sites for a while just to have something very simple, but after having to call and ask for help I am very impressed. Someone is available 24/7 to help walk you through issues or just help you learn how to use the site. Pretty awesome!!

Having previously had to suffer the atrocious service by Bluehost the comparison is especially dramatic.GoDaddy facilitate all the services I need and even have a brokered domain auction process which has made us more money from one transaction than all the years wasted on Bluehost.HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION

I’ve been a GoDaddy customer for nearly 13 years, and I prepaid for 5 years of their Web Hosting Plus – Enhance plan, which they advertise as ideal for high-traffic websites. Unfortunately, their hosting has become unreliable to the point of unusability — and their customer support has been abysmal.Over the last 2 years, I’ve had recurring performance issues. Recently, these worsened to the point where my sites crash daily with 500 Internal Server Errors every evening. I later learned this was due to a hidden 24-hour resource cap — something GoDaddy never disclosed when I signed up. My websites serve local businesses with low traffic, yet I’m being throttled like I’m abusing the server. This directly contradicts what they advertise.Customer support is even worse. I’ve had to call over a dozen times in the last month alone. More than 6 calls were disconnected, and no one ever called back — despite verifying my number each time. Promised follow-ups from supervisors never happened. The only person who followed up was a sales rep — because he was trying to upsell me for a commission. That says it all.GoDaddy also tried to overcharge me by hundreds of dollars for a service that was priced lower on their own website, and another rep attempted to extend billing beyond what we discussed.I’ve filed formal complaints with the BBB and FTC, and I’m considering more. I’m not asking for cancellation — I’m asking them to fix the service I paid for, be transparent about their limits, and make this right.If you’re thinking about GoDaddy hosting, especially for anything business-related: don’t. You’ll end up paying premium prices for a throttled experience with support that disappears the moment your call drops.

Horrible customer service! I reach to GoDaddy support via the chat today because one of the email addresses we are paying for is no longer receiving emails since yesterday.After chatting one hour with an agent with no progress, the chat re-assigned me to another agent back at square one.I'm writing this review based on today experience with the chat but it happened several time in the past.We have been long term customer spending a significant amount a money every month for years and we're seriously thinking of going away from GoDaddy.After all those years, we still have no point of contact that we can contact directly.I do not recommend GoDaddy at this time. I never felt so disrespected.
