Due to go daddy's slow app response I ended up paying twice for my renewal I immediately noticed and called them and they told me they couldn't give me a refund. Terrible way to run a business.

I called GoDaddy customer service for a couple of issues today, even though I had to wait a quite while to get a real person on the phone, (they are very busy) I finally got through. The customer support representative was very helpful. I forgot his name but he spent almost 2 hours with me on the phone helping me with my login and account issues. He's professional, patient and knowledgable. He did solve my issue to my satisfaction. I'm very happy for the result. Thank you!

Go Daddy has a great value to our organization. We recently had to work on updating our site as our employee in charge had changed and took all the credentials. It took work but we finally were able to update and change to management staff. We thank Go Daddy support for all the assistance!
