I am absolutely astonished at the amazing support I have received from Godaddy compared to Squarespace and Google. Honestly, I have been wrestling with a website domain and hosting it for months with little to no support. Updated Review. There has been an error in my WP Hosting Bundle and there were no SSL certificates included. Customer support over chat was exhausting. Switching people that asked the same information over and over again. But in the end the issues have been fixed.

Our Company has been trying to resolve an issue for the 12 consecutive days now. They keep asking the same question over and over again, We keep sending the same documentation over and over again. You can't speak with anyone because it has to go through one channel. It is so frustrating with nowhere to go but to blow off steam on a review. We have been either on the phone or emailing for 12 days and counting. We submitted a request to transfer the Ownership with a ticket number ART-705589 which a Team member must be the only one that handles our situation. Not sure if we get the same person or random representatives who we have to explain our situation over and over again. It also takes so long for responses.
